The Hicorp Bobbin transportation system and the intelligent automatic packaging system have assisted Aobo Textile in achieving intelligent spinning, enabling cross-floor transportation and automatic packaging of cone yarns.
In 2024, Linyi Aobo Textile Thread Co., Ltd. introduced the Hicorp bobbin transporation system and the intelligent automatic packaging system. This enabled the company to achieve cross-floor transportation of roving and intelligent packaging of cone yarns, not only enhancing production capacity but also providing a strong guarantee for spinning high-quality sewing threads.

Founded in 1983, Aobo Textile Thread Co., Ltd. is a private textile enterprise that integrates production, research and development, processing, and sales. The company offers over 50 series and 2,000 varieties of products, including industrial sewing bag threads, industrial sewing threads, polyester high-strength threads, cords, polyester yarns, and colored yarns. These products are widely used in various fields such as industrial packaging, safety protection, home textiles and apparel, special firefighting, and automotive decoration.

It has a municipal-level research and development center and has invested over 40 million yuan in introducing advanced spinning and thread-making equipment from both domestic and international sources. The CMT1801 roving frame with 216 spindles, part of the bobbin transportation system, is used for roving production, enabling automatic doffing and transportation of roving. This not only reduces labor requirements and intensity but also eliminates contact contamination during roving transportation, significantly improving the quality of the yarn. The HTBZ intelligent packaging system is employed for automatic packaging of yarns, reducing the workforce by 6-8 people for Aobo Textile. This addresses a major pain point of labor shortages, lowers production costs, and provides a strong guarantee for improving product quality and efficiency. Aobo Textile ranks among the top three in China in terms of market share for high-quality sewing threads, according to the China Industrial Textiles Industry Association. It has been awarded the title of "China Industrial Textiles Industry Sewing Bag Thread R&D Center" and is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, a specialized, refined, and innovative enterprise in Shandong Province, a gazelle enterprise in Shandong Province, and a high-end brand cultivation enterprise in Shandong Province.
