The Fifth Third Members' Congress of the Trade Union of Qingdao Hicorp Group and the First Workers' Congress of Qingdao Hicorp Group in 2025 Successfully Convened
On March 29, the Fifth Third Members' Congress of the Trade Union of Qingdao Hicorp Group Co., Ltd. and the First Workers' Congress of Qingdao Hicorp Group in 2025 were successively held in the multi-functional hall at the group's headquarters. Chen Xiuyan, the Chairman of the Group's Trade Union, and Xu Xianliang, the Director of the Trade Union's Audit Committee, attended the meetings. A total of 78 member representatives from the group's headquarters and various subsidiaries gathered to jointly discuss strategies for enterprise development and the protection of employees' rights and interests.

At the beginning of the meeting, Chen Xiuyan, the Chairman of the Trade Union, delivered a work report for 2024 and a report on the revenue and expenditure of trade union funds, comprehensively summarizing the achievements of the trade union's work in the past year and clarifying the development goals for 2025. The report focused on core issues such as deepening democratic management, enhancing employee well-being, empowering through innovation, and providing targeted assistance, demonstrating the trade union's sense of responsibility and warmth as a "family member" for employees. Over the past year, the trade union of Hicorp Group has continuously optimized the employee rights protection system. It added annual physical examination items for employees aged 40 and above and those who have been employed for 2 years, and for the first time, covered special health checks for both unmarried and married female employees. Through measures such as supplementing frontline representatives, selecting and supervising labor protection supplies, the trade union ensured that the voices of the grassroots reached the decision-making level. In terms of cultural activities, a variety of events including basketball games, English speech contests, and short video competitions were held throughout the year, effectively enhancing team cohesion. Meanwhile, the group achieved fruitful innovation results, with the vigorous development of the "Five Small Activities" involving all employees.

Regarding assistance and support, the trade union revised the "Administrative Measures for the Disease Mutual Assistance and Difficulty Assistance Funds of the Hicorp Family" to ensure precise implementation of assistance. In the future, the trade union will focus on building a "learning-oriented, service-oriented, and innovation-oriented" organization, strengthening artificial intelligence and skills training to assist the enterprise in digital and intelligent transformation, and continuously paying attention to work safety and technological innovation.

To further strengthen the close connection between the trade union and frontline employees, better listen to frontline voices, and serve employees, the meeting replaced one and added two members to the trade union committee, increasing the number of trade union committee members to 13. The addition of new members will inject fresh vitality into the trade union committee, making trade union decisions more in line with the actual needs of employees, further enhancing the democratic management level of the trade union, and providing a more solid organizational guarantee for the protection of employees' rights and interests and enterprise development.

Subsequently, the meeting reviewed and approved the "Measures for the Payment of Trade Union Membership Dues." The formulation of these measures aims to standardize the management of membership dues payment, ensure a stable source of trade union funds, and thus better carry out various activities and services for employees.

The First Workers' Congress of Qingdao Hicorp Group in 2025 was then convened. The congress reviewed and approved the "Administrative Measures for the Disease Mutual Assistance Fund of the Hicorp Family of Qingdao Hicorp Group" and the "Administrative Measures for the Difficulty Assistance Fund for Employees of the Hicorp Family of Qingdao Hicorp Group." The revision of these two fund management measures is an important initiative by the group to care for employees and help them overcome difficulties. Through the improvement of these two funds, timely financial assistance can be provided to employees when they encounter major illnesses or life difficulties, reducing their burdens and making them feel the care and warmth of the enterprise.

The congress also reviewed and approved the "Labor and Personnel Management Regulations," which clearly regulate aspects such as labor employment, salary and benefits, and performance evaluation. The aim is to establish a more scientific, reasonable, and fair labor and personnel management system, stimulate employees' work enthusiasm and creativity, and provide strong talent support for enterprise development.
